Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If SpotWarp isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to both the Monthly Pass ($49) and the Annual Pass ($490). No forms and no justification required.
1. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address your subscription is registered to, and include your license key. You do not need to explain why.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the refund within 5–10 business days; that timing is set by them, not by us.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal, or by emailing us. There are no contracts, commitments, or cancellation fees.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your license remains fully active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut off access early.
3. Renewal Charges
The 14-day guarantee covers your first purchase. Later renewal charges — monthly or annual — are not automatically refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be billed again. Your renewal date is shown in your billing portal.
If a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us anyway. We would rather resolve it directly than have you dispute the charge with your card issuer.
4. If SpotWarp Does Not Work
If SpotWarp fails to perform as described on this site and we cannot resolve the problem with you, we will refund your current billing period regardless of the 14-day window. We would rather return your money than keep a subscription that is not protecting anything.
5. What Is Not Covered
SpotWarp is a subscription for our failover and backup software only. We do not rent, resell, or hold GPU inventory. Charges you pay directly to Vast.ai, RunPod, or any other compute provider are billed by those providers and are outside our control — we cannot refund them. Their own refund terms apply.
6. Currency and Taxes
All prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax applies to your purchase, it is refunded together with the payment.
